Meeting Minutes March 9, 2006

What happened?

The meeting was attended was approximately 25 people. A vote was taken on the group's name and Seattle Area System Administrator's Guild was chosen.

Meeting Highlites

1) SSG Business

A vote was taken of five proposed names for the group, including the option to keep Seattle Sage Group. A vote was taken for each, with each attendee allowed to vote for as many names as they wished. After this, the field was dropped to the two names with the most votes, which were "Seattle Area System Administrator's Guild" and "Seattle LOPSA". We then voted again, with each attendee allowed to vote for only one. SASAG came away with the most votes.

3) Closing

Three O'Reilly titles were given away for the monthly door prizes and the meeting adjurned.
